Velixa is an open-source project dedicated to AI governance, designed to help organizations of small sizes in first intention to implement safe and auditable practices around generative AI. The Community Edition of Velixa will be soon available under the AGPLv3 license, offering a free and transparent way to experiment with AI governance tools.

While the Community Edition provides a foundation, we dream to prepare an Enterprise Edition with advanced connectors (SIEM, SOC, Microsoft 365, SAP, ServiceNow), turnkey deployment (cloud or on-premise), and professional support, with a commercial goal, probably on another name.

VELIXA est une solution de gouvernance de l’IA générative que j’ai co-créée avec Jonathan Culot, née d’un constat simple : les TPE et PME utilisent de plus en plus ChatGPT, Copilot ou d’autres IA… mais sans cadre, sans contrôle, et souvent sans connaître leurs obligations légales.

Notre mission est double :
Protéger les entreprises en évitant les fuites de données, les erreurs de conformité et les usages non maîtrisés.
Fournir un outil simple, efficace et auditable, adapté aux réalités des petites structures, loin des solutions complexes et inabordables du marché.

VELIXA est 100 % open-source, publié sous licence libre afin de permettre à chacun d’auditer le code, l’adapter, l’améliorer et garantir une totale transparence. Les entreprises plus techniques peuvent l’installer elles-mêmes, et les autres peuvent compter sur nous pour le déploiement et l’accompagnement complet.

La solution répond aux principaux cadres réglementaires auxquels les TPE/PME sont aujourd’hui soumises lorsqu’elles utilisent l’IA :

• NIS 2 (sécurité des systèmes d'information)

• ISO 27001 (management de la sécurité)

• RGPD (protection des données personnelles)

• HIPAA / données de santé

• Confidentialité industrielle et obligations contractuelles

Autrement dit : si une entreprise utilise une IA générative, elle doit être en mesure de démontrer qu’elle contrôle, trace et encadre cet usage. C’est désormais une exigence réglementaire, contractuelle, et parfois même commerciale.
